I can't get my email pw to reset in my phone. It reverts back to the old pw every time I change it, even after it confirms it. Same with my iCloud pw.
mocchio1, I know it's important to ensure your emails and passwords are set properly! Regarding your iCloud account; What happens when you try to access iCloud? Are you able to manage /view it on the www.icloud.com website?
