"Roaming" in Hong Kong on iPhone 4s

Hello - just landed in Hong Kong with my iPhone 4S and am only getting "Roaming" as the network. I am not able to access Safari or my emails. This phone has a global unlimited data and voice plan and this is the only country (recently) that this has happened. Am I not able to use my iPhone in Hong Kong? I'm here for two weeks ... really need some help! Thank you!
