I have a iPhone 5s with the most up to date IOS software. I use the reminder feature on my phone quite heavily and I've always never had any issues with setting reminders to go off on a specific day and time.
Up until about 6 weeks ago, it wasn't an issue but now it is. I checked my settings and they are fine. I've powered it off and powered it back on.
Help! Did Apple do something with their software recently that could have caused this??

Lets get that Reminder application to work again, germanguy1960!
First, try to reset the device by holding down the on/off button and the home button at the same time. Once device turns off, turn back on. Then go to settings > general > reset > tap reset network settings. All your preferences and settings are reset. Information such as contacts and calendars will not be affected. Test out the Reminder application after these resets.
If the issue persists, you may need to backup and restore your device. Here is how: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
