report poor service

I have an iPhone 5 that is constantly dropping calls at my work.Seemingly there is no other way of reporting service issues but to do it publicly in a forum. The zip code is 63117, at one of the local hospitals. I've never had this problem in other hospitals for the last decade and AT&T users at this location have no problem with their cell phone service anywhere in the building. Honestly if this isn't addressed quickly you will be losing my business to your competitors.
