ringer /ringback issue with iPhone 4s

I am unable to find purchased ringtones and ring backs  ...and cannot find any place on the verizon website to manage the ringtones/ringbacks .I cannot find anywhere to do on my iphone 4s either ...PLEASE HELP ...
