safari question

when i open safari it asks for user name and password....when i enter them it says unable to process request....has anyone had this problem and if so how do i correct it?

Hi Cooterbrown. Let's find out why Safari is asking you for a username and password! That's not normal behavior. It's not an exclusive club! Does this happen with every web page you visit? When you open Safari, what type of internet connection are you using? Is it through your 3G/4G service, or is it via WiFi? Your phone may be connecting to a WiFi hotspot that is secure, and is asking for login credentials to grant you access to its services.
