I'm trying to get an update on my ipad. It asks me to select a wireless network,,I select my wireless hotspot ( the only option available). It then asks for my verizon password. It rejects same password that I use to access the Verizon website. What am I missing??

Just to be sure we are completely understand, where are you seeing the message asking for your Verizon password?If you connect to your hotspot to the iPad via WiFi, are you able to browse the internet
