Am i the only one that cant get txt or calls? this really sucks when will this be fix anybody know?

When was the last time you dialed *228, option 1 in a good signal location to reprogram the phone to the Verizon Wireless network?

I'm hoping this was a temporary dilemma, scarlettorres!
Please let me know if you're still having problems with calls & texts.
As Ann154 suggested, you should dial *228 option 2 to link to the closest towers. You should also clear any old messages from the phone and test it again.
