Is there any way to update roaming capability on an iPhone 6? My husband works up in park city & since he got the iPhone 6, we've had trouble getting our text messages to each other!

We definitely want you to be able to receive your messages from all your loved ones and here to help. Has this only been going on since the activating the new phone? Do you have these issues with messaging in just this particular location or everywhere you go? Does this happen both indoors and outdoors?
