Activated new phone yesterday. Transfered phone number from virgin mobile. I can call and text out, but calls and most text messages go to old phone? any thoughts? I now have old phone turned off. SHould I just be patient and it will all sort itself out on the back end or is there something I should do.
Sounds like the port hasn't fully complete. Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone and ask them about the port status.

Just enter your phone number, and click "port status." sometimes all it needs you to do is enter the correct account number from your previous account, and it will fix it.
