turn off voice from every keyboard entry

with every entry of the keyboard , voice confirms entry with a letter that was typed.  how do I spot the voice?

Your phone is currently set for the sight disadvantaged. To turn off, open Settings>General>Accessibility>Speech>Typing feedback>Characters (turn this off).
