i buy a phone for amazon , so i was using in my country Venezuela for a few months , then a its lost her signal and i cant use it anymore ,  i need unlock Internationally , i appreciate her help thanks

If you have been using it for months in Venezuela , then it isn't locked to anything.  Verizon phones are all unlocked.

If it isn't working, it has nothing to do with Verizon.  Contact apple.  Tell them it's a used phone and it needs repair. 

DO not let them send you to Verizon, Verizon will not repair the phone.
