So I tried to upgrade my iphone 7 plus today, and was told I could not have a monthly payment plan, that I had to pay for the entire amount all at once? I this a new thing? I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and have never heard of this! If I had an extra $1000 I would not be asking for a payment plan. Is there any way to rectify this?
