verizon rep please help

I recently ordered a 64gb iPhone 6 Plus on the 18th of September and  received a shipping date of 10/31, i just received my bill and noticed that the edge program charges are already on my bill. i was told that i would not start being charged until i received my phone, is this not the case? and could a rep please provide me with any info other than "your order is still in in process"

I ordered 6 plus on the same date as you, my delivery date was 10/28

I ordered 16G gold plus with the help of Verizon online chat ensuring that my current plan will not change....I will raise hell for changing my plan if this happened to me....I've printed the online chat with Verizon in case something like this happened.....
