visual voice mail

Have had my iphone4 for over 2 years and the visual voice mail still does not work. Even after repeated trips to the store and hours of waiting. Any help?

     Like Superman, here I am to save the day! It will be my pleasure to assist you with your visual voice mail plo19. May I ask are you able to getting into the standard voicemail by calling *86 from the dial pad? I would suggest testing this service for to ensure that the voicemail is properly setup. If you are successful then the next step is to a reset on the phone. as always, prior to doing then we suggest backing up all of your personal info before performing the reset. step for the reset is below:

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings

     After the reset is done then please test the visual voicemail before restoring your personal info for functionality. Once you have done so, please keep us posted on the results, just in case more help is needed.
