How can I forward a voicemail to another phone number in my contacts list?

I'm using visual voicemail.

Thank you for your inquiry today. I understand how important it is to have access to transfer messages to another party. My apologies, the requested feature is not an available option at this time. We are unable to allow the transfer of a voice mail from one party to another via your device. However, there are third party options that will allow the archival of your voice mail to a CD or digital file. A recommended party would be CBW Productions.
