***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. voicemail not authorized

My phone says "Voicemail unavailable".  "Could not authorize access."   I have entered the correct voicemail code number.  this started in about january.

Oh my! That definitely sounds aggravating Doonman! Let's see what we can do to get this resolved. Are you able to access voicemail via home service? Can you manually dial *86 send to access? Please keep us posted, thanks!

I had the same problem and tried *86 and was able to set up my voicemail again and the problem was solved.  It started when I switched back to an old phone (droid back to apple).  The only way to set up my voicemail (which I think was ultimately the issue) was to dial *86 and go thru it that way.
