when I press power button, I get a -- HELLO, I went to verizon store, techs said I lost all info, and walked away from me, something similar happened in Dec 2014 - Verizon store requested a replacement - went to store for transfer, they lost all info?

You do have it backed up to itunes or iCloud right?

Just go through the steps and restore from last back up.
