How do you set the number of rings before it goes to voice mail?

djhansen, let's get that working for you again. Are you saying that calls to your mobile number are going straight to voicemail rather than your phone ringing? Or does the device show you are receiving the call but the phone is not making a sound? If it does show you are getting the call but hear no sound go to settings and ensure "Do Not Disturb" is off. If you are not receiving the call try powering the device off and back on again and dial *73 and retest. Let us know how it's working.
