why is my iphone 6 camera blurry and unable to focus?

Out of no where my rear camera has become blurry and unable to focus at all making my rear camera not usable. I have not done anything to damage my phone to make it happen just one day would not open then it was blurry. Please help. I am on the edge contract with my iPhone 6 and this is the most problems I have ever had with an IPhone.

Your phone is less than1 year old and still has Apple's warranty.  Your best service will be to take the phone to an Apple Store )make an appointment ahead of time) and, as long as there is no damage from misuse, they will take care of it.  If an Apple Store is not close by, you can deal with Apple by phone.
