Pantech Crux: Enter prompts cuts off

I call a company, and when they say press one to continue

I go to keypad, press one

Voicemail speed dial comes up, but it does not call voicemail,

The next prompt comes up - hold for the next agent but it has cut me off

This happens every time, every company, every number prompt, ever since I got the phone

Never mind.  Turned out to be a malfunction of the called company's system.
