$50 sign up gift card not received

Hello ! I redeemed the gift card offer on 3rd of this month. It's been 10 days and I didn't receive the card in the mail. I reached out to the customer care and was told it was mailed on Nov 5th (and it will take 30-45 days !!!) . And a few minutes later I was told it was emailed. I am very confused. I didn't receive any email with eGift card or received any mail with the physical card. Can someone look into it?
