COMPLAINT PROCESS AT VERIZON?? BILLING INFO

Hello -
I would like to file a complaint with Verizon, but I cannot determine how to do so through their website. I have talked with an agent live, but I still believe it should be published that the process in which they raise prices is very deceitul.
I work with customers everyday in another industry and we would never get away with raising prices of a line item by 43% in general. Especially without the courtesy of a letter or communication justifying the increase. I signed a 2 year contract with Verizon and at the 1 year mark, they just up a price at a line level that apparently was not part of the 2 year contract. How was I suppose to know that? This is very poor customer experience and has unfortunately left a very poor taste in my mouth. I understand the need to increase prices (again I work with customers), but to do so without proper justification or communication is a deceitful practice.
My experience - not sure if other people have experienced the same thing - but I would like the opportunity at a minimum to file a complaint.
