I disconnected my FiOS service due to moving. The final bill came to my new address in June and showed a negative balance since I overpaid the monthly charge. Asked a live agent and was told the refund check will come soon. Now it has been almost 3 months and I have not seen a single penny. My account still shows the negative balance.
Just want to know if the refund has been issued or not. If not, please send me the check ASAP. This is illegal that Verizon holds my money for such a long time.
