Double order Cancellation

I tried to sign up for the Wireless plan (bring your own smartphone),
but the first time it didn't work with a message saying that there was an error due to a problem in the system.

The second time the next day it worked.
I then checked my credit card billing and it seems that I was charged for the first operation.

Can I cancel the first operation and get a refund?
When I enter the order number in Track my order, I get an error.
I have not created a my verizon account yet.

What should I do?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! If the first order was properly cancelled out, then any payments made should've been refunded at time of cancellation. I would recommend reaching out to our Sales team, so they can locate that order and see what it's doing. They can be reached at 800-256-4646 and are open from 8am until 10pm EST, except on Sundays when they open at 9am EST.*Matthew
