What is it take to get this issue resolve? I ordered a BOGO watch online Aug 2022 and canceled it within 24 hours before it shipped. Order number: {edited for privacy}. Order location code: {edited for privacy}
The confirmation number to cancel- is {edited for privacy} and the confirmation number - is {edited for privacy} Escalation of the cancellation
But until today Feb 26, 2023, Verizon constantly emails and calls me for the $100 something charge in my account. I've never received the product and never activate the service. I called it 5 times already. WHAT IS IT TAKE TO GET IT RESOLVE AND CLOSE THE ISSUE?
