Signed up for Fios. Was told I would be given a rate of $135 for life. Currently on Test Drive. My recommendation tool does not work and also my bill has yet to be $135!! Also now that Test Drive is over I am being told my bill is about to go up. I switched from Optimum bc thought Fios had better customer service..nothing but headaches since I've switched...might be time to cut the cord or go back to optimum
