Redeeming Samsung Chromebook

I have been trying to redeem my Samsung Chromebook since October when I started getting emails that I could. I just get error messages every time. I have called Verizon and did online chat several times to get this resolved with Verizon before the redemption window closes. Now we’re a little more than a week away, I still can’t redeem an offer I was given when I signed up for this service and just the other night I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon and routed to 4 different departments before finally … THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. This has all been in really poor taste. Extremely frustrated and angry
