$10 Auto Pay Discount

So I was just advised from a manager that the $10 autopay discount was just made available in March 2020? And that I do not qualify for the discount for any prior months even though I've been using a debit card for the past 3 years of service. Supposedly the autopay is only for select programs it's not available for all customers? Can anyone tell me how long the autopay discount has been available? I'll be writing in a formal complaint as well.

If Verizon came up with a discount in March of 2020. Why would the credit you prior months if there was no discount pre march 2020?
