$10 Off Fios and Wireless

I recently subscribed to Fios. I was told that since I am a Verizon Wireless Customer, I would receive $10 off each bill every month. Well, I just received my second Fios bill and no credit was applied. When I called earlier in the month, I was informed that the credit would come off automatically and was nothing I personally had to do to get it. Is this true or do I have to fill something out?

There is no such promotion I am aware of for Verizon wireless offering $10 off Fios.

just google search and no such thing.

there is a $10 off for paperless billing ($5) and auto pay ($5) for $10 total.

but that is all I can find.
