So I recieved a letter today from verizon after canceling my DSL services saying I owe a whopping .10 cents. Yes... you read that right .10 cents!
I can't pay it online as I can't make transactions less than 1.00, and I can't use verizon/billpay because it says my account is invalid and also I do not want to be charged 3.50 to pay a measely .10 cents, or pay postage and waste writing a check out for the .10.
Also to top it off it's threatening me that it'll go to collections! Really!?
So any ideas as to what am I supposed to do? I tried calling their customer service but I can't understand them with their accent. 😞
