$100 Amazon gift card back friday promotion

Hey

So what's going on with this $100 Amazon gift card for siging up with fios during the black friday promotion? (2018)

I can't get any answers from support reps via live chat or the phone.   The "check status" button on my main account page is now gone.  

It was in a "processing" state since april of LAST year.

I almost forgot about this, but i am not willing to let this slide.
