$100 Gift Card Never Received

I started my service back in August of 2018. When I signed up, I was informed that I would receive a $100 Visa Gift Card with my internet service. Received multiple e-mails where Verizon stated that I had to click through a link, and that link never worked. Received an additional e-mail stating they knew the problem and I did not have to do anything as they were aware of the issue and the gift card will ship 90 days after service activation. Well, it is now January 15th and I have not received my gift card. This is called bait and switch and a horrible busines practice by Verizon. How do I get my gift card!?
