$100 Visa prepaid gift card- unable to claim

$100 Visa prepaid card a scam? I've spent hours online trying t register for the card and also on hold for 57 mins before being cut off. I've currently been holding for another 38 mins. I've had 2 chats and both reps have claimed to know nothing abut the promotion. A supervisor is going to call me on 12/17- a week from today to get more information. The RP I'm chatting with told me she hasn't received any other inquiries or complaints yet I've seen multiple threads on the community forum. Has anyone else had any luck registering for the $100 prepaid Visa gift card after they've used the $200 credit in Google Nest products?
