I received the email from Verizon on 11/5 to redeem my Google home/Nest promotion AND it says "Don't forget, you also get a $ Verizon Visa® Prepaid Card as part of your reward." That $150 prepaid gift card promised by Verizon is nowhere to be found... I saw many others here had the same issue, and got 'escalated to an agent'. Why do we have to post here individually to get the bonus that lured us to sign up? This is very time-consuming...
