My card was delivered in a timely manner and easy to set up. My problem is that I can't redeem it. I went to use my $400 Verizon Reward Card for a purchase and it was declined. I called the 1-800 number on the back, visited the verizon.com/rewards and both tell me that thetracking number on the back of the card is invalid. The 1-800 number does not give any help at all for the problem and it is not possible to speak with a human. I finally got in touch with someone at the general Verizon customer service who transferred my call to someone who supposedly can help. However, so far I have been on hold for 45 minutes.
How can I get this $400 card to work? Or, how can I speak with a human who can help?
Is anyone out there at Verizon reading this? Please help!

I posted here becasue I am completely at a loss as to how to get this $400 reward car to actually work.
It does not seem to be possible to speak with a human being at Verizon. It seems like Verizon is just hoping that we will give up on actually using the $400 card that was promised to us.
I've been on hold with someone at the rewards card department now for over one hour.
