Account Info incorrect on Verizon mobile app

When I login using Verizon Fios mobile app on my table the name on the account is incorrect to a person not known to me and my billing address is of 9 years ago. If I login into my account at verizon.com all is well.  I’m told by Verizon they cannot fix my account because I’m not a Fios customer but I have their DSL service. Is anyone else having a similar problem.
