How on earth do you dispute a screwy invoice? Verizon's online support service is useless. I've been disconnected with V for a few months now and just got an invoice for $14.00. I went on line to view it and have a zero balance due. Weird to say the least.

you can also send a certified return receipt letter to the address on your invoice.
state why it is incorrect and include copies of the proof why it is not correct.
Do not arbitrate.
http://www.fcc.gov and file an online complaint. Again have documents proving your case. (This of course is if you cannot get relief from phoning)
