Hi - Do to a divorce, I would like to change the name on my Verizon Fios account from my name to my ex-wife. I cannot find instructions on-line on how to best accomplish this change. My ex-wife has called Verizon, but the respresentation wanted to sell her a new package which would also involve getting a new home phone number. Our goal is to leave the package and services unchanged adn simply change the account name from my name to her name. Please advise. Thanks.
