Amazon E Card

I never received an Amazon E Card when I registered for my Account around 4/30 of this year, it is now 6/2 and I still have not received anything in my email and whenever I check the status of it, it leads me back to the reward page.  Is there anyway to contact someone so that I can get the Ecard?
