Like many others I have been trying to redeem my amazon echo offer that was part of upgrading my internet service.
Over the past week I have spent two hours either on the phone or in a chat with reps trying to figure out why I can't see the Redeem amazon offer link. I have been transferred to 8 different groups and been on hold while they conference in other groups all to no avail. ultimately the line went dead while on hold.
How does a megalithic media company have such big problems fulfuilling their obligations?
I still have no idea who to talk to, chat with or email to get a solution.
I'm regretting my decision to renew my contract. I should have gone with Cox.
