So, I have recieved my email from Verizon saying that "It's time to redeem your Holiday Bonus from Verizon" and gave the instructions to claim... but when i log in I don't see the "Redeem Amazon Offer Link" or anything talking about the Amazon Echo... can somebody please help me with this? I called the helpline where i was stuck on hold for an hour (despite being told it was a 25 minute wait) and I ended up just hanging up.
