I get the verizon bill notifications like clockwork, but I did not get the verizon promotional link to redeem the Amazon Prime/Echo Offer as part of my sign up bonus. I checked my inbox and I never received these promotional offer emails with those instructions. Further, I did go to the my verizon tab during this promotional timeframe to see if there was something I should redeem there and there was no tab available. I would like to have verizon honor their promotional offer or provide an equivalent amount of bill credit if the original items are not available. Thanks!
I was hoping to redeem the offer in time for Amazon Prime Day (today). Lots of other posts on these forums from people with this problem.

Why does this not surprise me? I would like to request a verizon agent to assist if possible to resolve. Thanks!
