I have been trying for over a week to get the link to work to redeem my Amazon offer and it won't work. I started a chat on the 14th and was told that while it couldn't be resolved then, I would hear from Verizon within 48 hours with new instructions. Never heard back. The email link now takes me to an error page. This is incredibly frustrating. Has anyone been able to successfully redeem this?
