Another Billing Issue

I have had service for a year yet only for 4 months has the bill been correct. I thought the issue was corrected last month but I just got the bill and surprise surprise the bill is wrong AGAIN. I want another support case opened so this can be resolved. It is tax season and I do not have time to be on the phone for an hour or longer.
