Another customer unable to redeem Netflix offer - Help appreciated

Hello, everyone -- I'm a new poster here.  I re-signed with Verizon for the two-year contract and, like a few others, I received the pop-up offering a free year of Netflix, instructing us to go to a website.  Well, that links leads just to the opening Verizon page with no sign of the how to redeem the Netflix offer.

I would like to escalate this issue to Verizon to please take care of this.  I think Verizon should honor its commitments.
