Another equipment return another delay in removing it from account

This is the fourth time I have had to deal with an equipment problem which required swapping out existing equipment. I received the replacement DVR in the mail and returned it and it has been received on July 27, yet, its still showing up in my account.

You can call Verizon billing and ask when the account information will be updated.
