I've been enrolled in autopay for two months and still have not been charged for my internet service. I do not want to be charged a high amount of late fees or a lump sum bill so I would like to know if I should just cancel my autopay enrollment or if this is an issue that can be fixed... or if I should just expect free internet forever.
This is mainly a peer to peer support forum.
If you log in to your account and view your bill what does it show?
If you need supprot contact them at 1800Verizon or twitter @verizonsupport

Hope for the free internet 😀
however the autopay is never a good idea. I would personally cancel it, and do one time payments from either the website under your account, or from pay my bill, one time payments from the app.
never give any company access to your money or bank or credit accounts.
one time payments are the way to go. You can also pay at a Fios store in person or at the kiosk.
