I am on social security and get my check the second Wensday of the month. Verizon keeps charging me a late fee! Every month I call and tell them this and I'm told that they will not charge me. Bill comes and the late fee keeps coming! Do I need to complain to congress about this? They are taking my food money. How can you do this to the elderly?
