Biling after terminating contract

We terminated our contract with verison last month, December, 2013 as we moved out of U.S.A.  (Bundle/Product price $69.99 per month from Jul 12, 2013) Now, we received bill of $129.00 due by Jan. 28, 2014. I am not able to log in My verizon since we have alredy terminated out contract. Please help me understand what this amount is for.

Thank you. I chat with several agents and all they did was transfer to another department or finished our chat in the middle of the conversation. One of the agent said Verizon doesn:t have chat service for wireless service. (My contract is TV & Internet only).

Is this number free from overseas? I am sure that I have to wait long to get agent on phone and dont want to pay for that.
